Ordering & Cancellation
You can place an order from this website or you can call us at 909-628-6088 to place an order over the phone. If you are a school, government or verified entity you may fax the Purchase Order to 909-628-7999.
You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before your order gets shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order and you will have to contact us for a Return Authorization #.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship from our warehouse located at 5185 Cliffwood Drive. Montclair, CA 91763. Our warehouse workers try hard to ship merchandise in a safe and fast manner to make our customers happy. We will try to ship orders that we receive before 1:00PM Pacific Time the same day the order is placed. Our free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous states, this excludes Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We will contact you if your order does not qualify for free shipping. All our shipments are via USPS and UPS, once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information to the email you provided. **3/13/2020 Update: Due to the current high volume of orders, we are experiencing delays with shipments. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email. We apologize for any inconvenience**
Returns & Replacements
We do our best to keep our cutsomers happy by providing high quality products and service. Anything purchased from this website can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will give you full refund or free replacement if it is a manufacturers defect. If you ordered the item by mistake and you wish to return it, we will charge a 15% restocking fee of the total amount. All refunds are credited to the original payment method 2-3 days after we receive the returned merchandise. We will do the best to help our customers trouble shoot or fix the problem by telephone any time during our business hours. After 30 days, you can no longer return the item, but we will do the best to help our customers get the best use of their item or fix it for free if it's under the one year warranty.
If you wish to return the item, you will have to contact our Service department at 909-628-6088 to get an RMA number. Once you obtain this number you must prepare your package for return - Pack the merchandise in its original box and securely insert it into a larger carton with adequate cushioning to prevent possible shipping damage. Please include the following inside the package: 1. proof of purchase, 2. brief description of the problem(s), 3. your contact information including day-time phone number and email address, 4. Remedy requested: exchange, refund (if applicable) and etc.. You will also need to write the RMA number you get assigned on the outside of the shipping box.
Privacy & Security
We promise to keep customer info as private matter , like credit card info, company info etc. We will not use any of them as soliciate or selling to other parties. Our website is Not a https website, so when you use it in a public network , you might be notified as unsecure network, bt this website is safe to surfe and make purchase. 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
You can pay online by paypal, credit cards. For oversea customers , we prefer to have bank wire. We will ship the products as soon as we acknowlogy the payment. 
Viewing Orders
You need to register as a customer to review your order and order status , we will do the best to keep our customer happy and shipping the product the same day, so if you order before 2:00PM California Time, (PST), we may be able to ship the same day.
